Most security companies buy in training from third parties. Nyandeni Holdings operates its own dedicated training facility, which means we control the standard our officers are held to from day one.
Programmes are tailored to the client's environment — a retail floor, an industrial site and an executive detail all demand different judgement, and we train for that difference rather than issuing one generic certificate.
